Beautiful one of a kind kiln-cast Murano Millefiori pendants.
Each casting involves individual slices of cane being hand-placed with tweezers into ceramic moulds. Once the placement is complete the pieces are fired in a long hot casting cycle that lasts 24 hours from start to finish.
After the initial firing each piece is cold-worked and then Fire Polished in the kiln to give the glass a luminous gloss and shine.
Pieces come with your choice of chain colour or a fine braided leather cord...easy to swap as they are set by larks-heading the chain or cord through.
